Time is valuable to everybody, therefore we work strictly on appointment. Upon arrival for your scheduled appointment, we commit to limiting your waiting time to the absolute minimum (if at all). If the physiotherapist is unable to take you in on your scheduled time, due to unforeseeable reasons, the wait will be 10 min at most (this happens very rarely).
Walk-in patients are very welcome, you will be seen at the first available opening. To avoid disappointment, it is best to phone and schedule an appointment in advance.

First appointment:
· Please arrive 10 min. earlier to leave enough time for administration purposes
· Bring along your medical aid card
· Private patients must please have a debit/credit card or cash available to settle their account immediately after the consultation
· Bring along relevant X-rays, sonars and names/dosage of the medication you are using
· Please bring a pair of shorts to wear (if you wish) if the affected area is in the lower limb
Medical Aid patients: Fees are charged according to each medical aid’s tariff structure and the claims are submitted electronically to the medical aid. If the patient prefers, the account may be settled immediately and then personally submitted to the medical aid (please inform us of such an arrangement PRIOR to your consultation).
If your medical aid is depleted, you will be regarded as a private patient (please see below). It is the responsibility of the patient to inform the practice if their medical aid benefits are depleted.
Private patients: Fees are comparable to medical aid rates and differ according to the area treated and the techniques required. You are welcome to ask for a provisional quote prior to an appointment. However, during the first appointment, the physiotherapist can more accurately advise you on the costs.
Accounts must please be settled immediately after each treatment session. We accept cash/VISA/Mastercard.
